HydraSystems Ltd, were contacted by a long standing customer to look at there extruder machines. They were looking for a new R&D machine for new product development and wanted a more digital controlled machine.
The scope of supply was power units(2 of), control panel and full installation and commissioning. All control was changed from analogue to digital and PLC control.
Feedback from our customer and machine operator(s) was very good “the best machine in the company”. The plan is now to proceed to change the others in the future.
